Now, she brings that insight into her practice, helping artists and industry professionals navigate challenges like burnout, instability, and the tension between passion and well-being.Autumn is equally dedicated to her work within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and has extensive training working with people living with HIV/AIDS. In this role, Autumn gained experience with clients ranging from those recently diagnosed to longtime survivors, and has gained deep insight into the complexities of navigating healthcare systems, stigma, and resilience. She has also facilitated therapy groups on a range of topics, including vision board workshops, future planning, and sex and dating with disabilities.Originally from New Jersey and now based in Los Angeles, Autumn holds a Master’s of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
